Game freezing for anyone else?

My game has frozen a good four times, twice online, twice loading the Krypt. I was wondering if anyone else has been experiancing this problem. Or is it my Xbox is faulty (Just got a new one from QVC.....)
 
It froze for me just a bit ago during a King of the Hill match. First time it has with this game.
 
It's the game. I've had it frozen twice on me, but only in KOTH, at first I thought it was just me, but I've sent messages to the players I was up against apologizing and they told me that their game froze up as well.
 
it freezes alot in the lobby i think thats a bugg . and occasionally during loading to the krypt and once or twice online .It's getting really frustrating.
 
Mine froze once right at start up....like when the first WB logo comes up, and it froze a second time in story mode during the start of a cutscene.....game freezes are rare it seems though....i hope it stays that way. I'm on PS3 BTW.
 
i was doing the ladder tag team with sektor and cyrax...i uppercutted shang tsung and my shit straight rebooted lol.....no freeze though
 
I have the games for both systems, PS3 it has never frozen for me, but for the 360 it freezes almost all the time in KOTH and trying to challenge other player in a room
 
Mine froze twice in the same exact place. Right after performing Sindel's babality. I installed the game to my 360 HDD and it doesn't freeze anymore.

i was going to say the same thing lol mine only froze during the krypt load screen it was kinda weird because if your game freezes online you cant hear or talk to anyone, but i was able to
 
I dont know if I should return my copy of mk or not cuz it freezes a bit and the character intros and story scenes skip sometimes. My console is also pretty new.
