I think the funniest movie ever has to be the good classic Dumb and Dumber...you just can't beat two idiots screwing around.
 
I agree with the ninja who said, "Monty Python movies." Those films were dope.

But my personal favorite funny movie would have to be, "Big Money Hu$tla$."
