favourite mk ever?

I go back to Deception from time to time, though, JUST to play Puzzle Kombat.

My friends and I got addicted to Puzzle Kombat like no one's ever been addicted to anything.
I lost count of the amount of times that I brought MK Deception over to a friend's house, JUST to play Puzzle Kombat.

I enjoyed 'Chess Kombat' personally...when I still played Deception. It was kinda cool to have the piece you wanna take, put up a fight instead of just claiming him like in regular chess.

Only PS2 MK game I still play occasionally is MK:SM. DA, D, and A? Came and went and I Never looked back... If I wasn't the MKfan I am, I would have sold em, especially Armageddon. I kept that ONLY for UMK3, but I got that on the AK now, so...

Yeah.
I never looked back to Armageddon either.

I play MK1, MKII and UMK3 every now and then on my Sega Genesis but to be 100% honest though, now that I have MK9, I don't need to.
I don't have too much of a reason to look back to those klassic Sega Genesis games either, except when I'm on a nostalgia binge.

About 95% of MK9 was made up of what I would have asked for in an MK reboot.
MK9 IS the new MK1 thru UMK3 timeline.

As much as I shit on Armageddon, I had some serious hours invested in it with my brother. Those were the days man, Tekken 5 & MKA till the cows came home.

It's a shame they never revisited any of the minigames. Motor Kombat was probably my favorite of them all.

Best part of Deadly Alliances Krypt was the music that played when you were in the Extras menu looking at everything you unlocked

Ah, the feels.
Dat Krypt.

Yeah, I loved Motor Kombat too.
I don't know how I forgot about that mini-game.
It was so fun to play.
