Ever just pick random? Its alot of fun and much more satisfying when you win after picking random.

My friends and I often do that when they come over and play mortal kombat for their 1st time. It's an easy way to play new characters and find someone who's playstyle suits you. One of my friends made his stryker cyrax tag team by using random select.

Had a two man koth room just me and another random player and we were fairly evenly matched so we both started hittin the random select, had a great time of it!

1 person out of 350 matches has done random select, lol .
usually playing against smoke ermac or scorpion

I use random a lot locally. Not online, until the netcode is optimized. But I do enjoy beating people with Stryker. So many consider him garbage, so losing to him brings out the rage.

I love using Sheeva every now and then. Never knew I could get so much hatemail after a few matches.
