Day / Night Stages?

i dont know if this has been discussed before but does anyone know if every stage in the game has both day and night backdrops? i really hope so, cause i just saw the day time pit and it was freakin awesome.
 
You know I said this a while back but it's nice that you made a thread on it.

I really believe that there is going to be night and day for every stage. We've seen it on a handful of stages already. At first I thought it might only be story mode, but then I see vids like Raiden's fatality trailer and I think that we'll have a choice to what time of day we want.

Or maybe it's even more intricate. Maybe depending on what time of day it is in real life, that's what time it is in the stage. It would be pretty cool.
 
i hope you can manually pick b/c with work and my 5 month old daughter, it's usually always dark before i even get to my ps3!

Hoping the Bell Tower has a night version. That's why it was so iconic. Hoping for a night version of the Graveyard, too.

Well the Unreal engine is more than capable of having the match go from day to night in the middle of the match or even have weather effects during gameplay as we've seen. I cant wait to see the graphics update that Lupinko was talking about. He said everything looks really nice now. Hell, I thought it looked awesome before, I cant wait to see what detail they added
 
i posted my idea on a thread a few months back, wouldnt it be cool if they let u pick the time of day. MORNING,TWILIGHT or NIGHTIME. and in addition to picking the time they let u pick the weather. RAIN,SLEET,SNOW,HAIL,WINDY,AUTUMM, with the precipitation available as well. if they cant do it with a patch or even dlc then atleast is something for them to put in MK10.
 
I think there will be day and night stages on every level.

It WILL be random or slectable. Im almost 100% sure it wont be dark at night time in real life, because i live in the UK and if i fight online against somebody in america it cant be both day and night at the same time.

Maybe Rooftops has four versions, there's also the one shown in the first teaser and in that Scorpion/Sub-Zero vs. Sektor/Cyrax video recently released. It's at day, but in the middle of the invasion. And Graveyard is already at night, isn't it?

I'm hoping for at least a day version of the Evil Tower and Shang's Throne Room, not that I don't like the dark versions. I doubt all the stages will have different versions, I guess it'd be just too much to make, and too much to put on the disc. But I hope many of them have.
 
It's just another knotch in their quality belt. I really can't say enough about this game and how awesome it's going to be. We see too many negative nancies around here who like to nit-pick everything. But on the whole, this game has 100x the thought & quality in it compared to pretty much every game since MK3. Here's hoping this game sells 3+ million copies in the US... these guys deserve it!

I think that would be pretty cool. I kinda find it funny how in MKd outworld sort of looked the same during the day as it did at night.
