I second that, I thought it was a brilliant plot device, a really good twist to the original timeline. I hope Cyber Sub Zero stays as a main in this time line. We can have the reemergence of Bi Han as the classic sub Zero we all know and love, while having Noob Saibot as a separate being due to the events of MK9.

MK X comics #016 digital release!!

I for one did not recognize Netherrealm queen Kitana. Why could't Raiden revive them revenants? I'm sure he had the power.

And what in the heck happened to Shinnok? How could he decapitate him??

Raiden doesn't practice necromancy and considering they're still sort of dead, he can't bring them back. They said only quan chi had that power to undo the spell. And Shinnok is a God so he can't die, but can be dismembered all the same apparently. They never really went through derail with that in the game until now.

That's not likely to happen.
More people hated the idea of Sub-Zero being turned into a robot than liked it, thus he's back as human now.
As for Bi-Han, as much as I would love Bi-Han coming back as klassic Sub-Zero, that's also not happening either, according to MKX.
Noob Saibot still being alive is a possibility, but nothing was said about this in MKX.
At the very least, Noob Saibot should fight Liu Kang and Kitana for the NetherRealm throne, if he is alive.
Noob's MK9 ending would have also been a good plot device for bringing Havik back too, but nope. :roll:

It was stated in story mode that only with Quan Chi being alive could he be talked into setting them free, as Quan Chi's sorcery is what binds them to the NetherRealm.
When Scorpion killed Quan Chi, that possibility was no longer available, as they needed Quan Chi alive.
Selfish Scorpion (as usual) f***ed over everyone else, AGAIN, due to his own personal vengeance and vendetta.
 
The way Scorpion kills Quan Chi is perhaps the stupidest thing done with him, ever. He's supposed to be somewhat reasonable now and there he goes "Herp derp Vengeance"

So I guess we'll have some zombies to defeat in MK 11.

I was honestly somewhat disappointed by the final right. Cassie, earthrealm saviour? Come on, it should have been someone with more value or background.
 
Lol I wonder if Boon is gonna tell us the big bad for MK11 is another "surprise, returning character." I'm sorry, but that statement just shows how out of touch he is with the fanbase, casuals and hardcore alike. Just wanted to get that off my chest lol.

On the digital comic, the next one, it will be his Sekret Origin.

His actual skin is the one we have seen in the game. He was born again.
