Chameleon and Khameleon Redesign

prefer Chameleon, but I would want him with his own moves, maybe copying some but the ones that make sense, for example he shouldn't copy SZ's iceball and Scorpion's Spear, he should copy the slide and the takedown, but I'd prefer him with totally new moves since im not a fan of the copycats, oh.. and transparent skin of course.
 
Can someone tell me where Khameleon was in the MK Universe?
I knew about her but never knew what game she originated from.

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Chameleon pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

I know right, it's crazy a hellspawn dating a invisible woman. Now when he heres about reptile and her, well its gonna get ugly.
scorpion is gonna be pissed off.
