You seriously don't understand a thing. Ever heard you are as cheap as a cheap ass quear? It means you.... Nevermind you wouldn't understand.

Lets just say I agree because most COs. Close because of people who wait till the game cost what 10$ then buy it? if you have the money and it is affordable I buy it, so the CO. Can stay alive if they have money problems.

(thanks to cheap ass fans Midway almost went bankrupt three times. Think about this 3 times.) That is why people who are cheap/Very cheap are cheap ass quears. Unles like Angel who seriously can't afford it, then you aren't and can you honestly say you can't afford a 50$ game?

I know I can. As can most people on this board with about 20 exceptions.

I am no huge fan of Cyrax.

I actually prefer Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Noob-Saibot, Reptile, Rain, *rest of ninjas here* over them three. I just have him in my sig. Does that mean automatically I love Cyrax ? No. Stop assuming.

I think he means me. Who cares if I like Cyrax? Everyone has thier preferred character. You can't judge people that like Cyrax and say they act like 'Camel Asses'. You know what that's caled? Prejudice. If you don't know the true definition go look it up in a dictionary if you are able to read three syllable words.

You are very cheap and not a true fan of Mortal Kombat if you rent the game three times instead of buying it.

I say buy this game. Just if you need help finding a job, go to Monsterjob.com

Edit-Alright JSOOGES I edited my post to be on topic. Sorry for that...

Gracias JSOOGES, Gracias indeed. I think I'm gonna put a downpayment on MK:A when I go to EBgames to get Oblivion later this month. I want to make sure I get this game ASAP.

My point is not a matter of console wars. My point is lack of continuity. Its like a movie being released three times on DVD. It makes you ask the question, when will it ever end? When I spend good money on a movie, I want to get the best product possible. I can't do that when every, for DVDs, three are so years there is another release of the same damn movie with better and better quality. I say, do the best you can, and be done with it. Do you realize how many people get mad of Lucas for constantly rehashing and remixing the original Star Wars movies? There is the originals, the special editions, and the DVDs. Each has countless changes. Now no one in the fan base can agree on what version is best. This all would have been avoided if there where only the original release. Terminator 2 has three, if you look hard for them, DVD releases. Can someone please tell me why Terminator 2, although a fantastic movie, needs three separate DVDs? Companies keep milking the product for all its worth, rather than moving onto something new. Companies should do the best they can for a product, set it off to sea, and then move on. I can't stand when a company likes to milk the fans for cash, and the fans are too ignorant to realize this is happening. Mortal Kombat Deception is the same exact thing. Originals, Game-Cube, and soon PSP. Why not just stick with originals?

Or, if you do put it on other consoles, make it as even as possible? If Game-Cube has no internet, fine, the Game-Cube has all the other content. It only makes a mess when companies try to compensate for lost hardware. Game-Cube gets pity breaks because it has no internet. I think Nintendo didn't make the online adapter because they realized the only thing saving their system's name where the pity break bonuses it got for lacking internet. It was the only thing that made the Game-Cube version unique. Nintendo is just taking inadequacy and milking it. Its like a parent giving three children their allowance, and giving child Nintendo an extra five bucks for failing his test at school so he doesn't feel so bad about being the loser of the three. I am not inciting a console war. I am simply saying Midway, as well as Nintendo, are milking their fan base for money and that most of the fan base knows but is just too stupid to boy-cot or care. Its like Mortal Kombat is a drug and you're all addicted to it. Midway could punch you, kick you, rob you blind. Then smash you in the head with a rock. And roll you into the river. But as long as Midway promised you that the next Mortal Kombat is going to be better than ever, 99.99999% of the fan base would stand up, proud and blind as ever, and smile at Midway for their generosity and benevolence. I can't say if I'm more disappointed at Midway, or their fans. Midway's quality has been slipping. Not only did they deceive everyone bluntly with MKD. Now they released a Midway Arcade Treasures for the PC with no music in the installer. Midway is loosing their morals, their touch, and their quality. And the most frightening thing of all is, as long as there is one more Mortal Kombat on the way, 99.99999% of the fans don't care.

So, fine, support a once great company that is now screwing people over left and right. You're only hurting yourself and giving your money away to corporate video game giants that obviously don't even care enough to test their products, let alone care about you. Midway is not what it used to be, and its a shame that most of the fans don't see this, protest, and right these wrongs. It is as if they are so afraid of loosing that, oh so addicting, Mortal Kombat sequel that they will take any punishment and mistreatment to make sure they will get it.

I may or may not buy the game. I will never by MKD for GC. And I will probably always hold a grudge against Midway for what they've done to MKD. But over everything Midway did, could, and probably will do to the fans; I hold the fans to blame. Because you're the people that let Midway get away with what it does. As well as Nintendo. This is the last post I will make to these boards. I will remain of fan of Mortal Kombat. I will fallow, and hope that Midway and Nintendo get their acts together. But I will always look down an the ignorant fans, and hope that there are others, like me, who look to the future with a watchful and wise eye.

These be the last and final words I ever enter into this wretched board!

Good night, :!:

Oh thank god. I'm not the only one that noticed all you've ever done at this "wretched" and "backwater fansite" is bitch that you went out and bought a ps2 for Deception. Infact, I think the only person here who's blindly devoted Midway is You! How can I possibly rationalize that claim? Well, you bought a Playstation 2 for ONE game that was basically just an upgrade of Deadly Alliance, and then you bitched about it.

I don't know where you get off acting so high and mighty, saying that its everyone elses fault that Midway does this, Midway does that, blahblahblah. This shit is getting stale, man. Lets assume for a moment that I have some huge interest in MK Arm, shall we?

Oh shit! I just sold my Xbox because it got boring! OMG! MKARM IS COMING OUT! I BETTER GO BUY A BRAND NEW CONSOLE THAT HAS ALREADY PROVEN ITSELF TO BE A WASTE OF SPACE ON MY DESK!

Following your train of thought, I could go buy a used one for whatever they sell them for, $139, I think, and bitch about it. or I could wait to see if a gamecube version is in the making. If it is, cool. If its not, then its no huge loss.

Long story short - The only real fanboy here is you, and you've proven that time and time again. Stop acting like you're some kind of martyr, and get on with your life.

Don't forget the bumping of a nearly month old topic! Yipee for you! And IDK wat these 'MK:D Shortcomings' are that you speak of. MK:D is probably one of the better MKs out there. And MK:A looks to be even better.

I would like to say three last things. The first thing is that I am sorry for breaking my, "never coming back," rule. It is for this post only and I felt I needed to break it in order to say a proper goodbye. Second, I would like to say that I apologize for any and all things I've said against Midway, Mortal Kombat (which I don't think I ever said anything bad about an actual Mortal Kombat but if I did I apologize for that too) the fans, the board members, and anything else on this board, other boards, or anywhere else ever in all of existence. I still am upset about the Game-Cube Deception. I will not lie. But I allowed the reaction of the members of this board to my topic to drive me into taking it too far. I don't know if I will ever truly forgive Midway or not, but I am not as mad as I know I sounded. I understand that Midway felt it was the only way to give the Game-Cube version a fighting chance. I am just a firm believer that a fighting game should never use characters as promotion for one version or another in the same title. It was Midway's choice and they made it. I just take the characters as the heart and soul of a fighting game and to give some versions some and the others not, I see as a wrong thing. I want to say I forgive them, but at the time I honestly can't. I will say that someday in the future I might, and that I know I want to. I would also rather it didn't happen and there be nothing to have to forgive in the first place. So I have one more last thing to say. That is that I am indeed weighing weather or not to take Trilogy or Armageddon as my favorite Mortal Kombat. But I am gaining excitement for Armageddon. I just don't want it to promise all characters back and then not deliver it. If it comes and truly does have everyone, even the "minor" characters, I will be pleased. I plan on getting it. I hope for two things in my future. One, to forgive Midway. And two will be by far the most important, debated, and long waited and earned for me. To decide what my favorite thing of all time is. If Mortal Kombat is this; which Mortal Kombat is my favorite of all time. Once again, this is my final post on this board; and my apology has been made. It is a rarity that I apologize; let alone to come back after swearing not to in order to apologize. I will now seek out a new board that perhaps I will feel more comfortable in. For whatever it was worth; good bye. And may you all have fun with Mortal Kombat Armageddon. It does look like it will deliver, at least most, of everything it promises to. Only the coming months will say. I just hope Midway doesn't forget the side characters. I know they aren’t, "stars," but they are still part of Mortal Kombat History and to go as far as to bring everyone back, and make a Kreate a Fighter, and to forget a few actual real characters would be a shame. I can only hope for the best, after all, Trilogy remembered everyone. Anyway; goodbye. Let Mortal Kombat Begin!!!!!!! :) 8) :D :!:
