Bored of MK9?

I get bored after a constant week of playing games after release. Give me a couple weeks to recover and I'll be fine. (especially when PSN comes back up)

This I played it for about 3days completed everything and I havent been on it since then(1 week ago) I'm REALLY bored with it :/ thi is just my opinion here but they didn't add much at all I don't care what anyone thinks the things they added were to easy and short just Sayin :/


And I havnt been playin it 24/7 I've been playing on portal 2.

(off topic) amazing game btw I recommend you guys get it

Sorry, but Portal 2 is much shorter and has less content in it then this game. xD

(Even though it's a great game)

I'm not saying portal 2 has more content I'm saying I've been playing portal 2 alot because it's a great game lol u need to read my origanal post again :P

Then sir it is worth noting that you will get bored of any game after a while. :P
 
You should stop the 24/7 game. I'm only on challenge 40 in the tower and i need to finish the game with 12 characters yet
 
no not bored of it yet. i have always been a mortal kombat fan since 1992. i also dont have all day to play it, bc i have a kid and wife i have to spend some time with. i also take breaks from the and play something else for a bit. like i just now finally finished bioshock 2, and it wasnt to bad. i love the game though, and nrs has made a very in dep game. they only i would have liked is the story mode be like from deception, bc i really enjoyed that. it was very orginal. also on the note i remeber the servers being down on xbl, and i was one of the ones affected, but i was not biggy had to come back up sometime lol.
 
I'm not bored, boughten out the Krypt, played some online, and am halfway through Challenge Tower, and I am showing no signs of stopping....

But I honestly have yet to find a character that tells me "Hey, play me!". All these characters appeal in different ways, and I have yet to find one that actually just plain old appeals to me. I think the only three characters I haven't tried are Sub Zero, Stryker, and Kano, and I don't want to play those because their my brother's characters.

I'm hoping Kenshi or Skarlet are my characters.
 
I'm definitely not bored with it. I havwnt even beat half of challenge tower, and I haven't beaten arcade with the majority of characters.
 
If u didnt finish the rest of it yet, then go do it. Go play all the challenges,unlock the Krypt and especially practice doing tag team cuz you can come up with some crazy combos with that. I cant believe some of the s**t I've been able to pull off. Awesome fighting engine and I l love the hit detection. I cant wait to get Kenshi and Skarlett,hopefully tomorrow as rumored
 
Not one bit. I only have 5 more Achievements to go!!! I have all the online ones except for the 2500 points and the 10 wins in a row, which i basically did but some idiot quit on my 9th match and ever since i entered the Top400 I keep getting matched up with really skilled players that end up being 60/40 in favor of them. :(
 
Only a scrub can get bored of this game so fast. Imo you don't really get bored, you just give up on it cuz you suck too much.

So far I've only gotten used to like 4-5 characters. And I want to try them all out before I decide who I'm going to main.
 
Slightly bored....only thing that keeps me going with it is trying to learn combos for everyone. Still waiting for MK HD Kollection though.
 
I started getting bored.... Then i start finding new combos with different characters I don't usually play with and fall in love with the game again.

Also can't wait to do story mode all over again now that I've learnt more of the characters
 
Not bored yet at all. Far from it. I just completed story mode. I am more than half way through with the challenge tower. When I knock that out, I'll probably spend a good amount of time trying to unlock content in the Krypt and working on fine tuning some characters. MK9 is a pretty deep game.
 
Yeah I think most people that get bored so quick are casual players that always pick Scorpion and spam teleport/get over here move. They pretty much think that's all there is to this game.

I wish training mode could teach noobs more advanced techniques so that they could see how much stuff there is to learn besides combos and finishers.
