No He is not. He was a character that looked like one of the Cyber ninjas that were scrapped before MK Golds release. Read the link for wikipedia on it. That will explain it.

He clearly does not look like a cyborg. He's demonic in appearance. Maybe YOU should read the links eh?

I did. I was saying he has that cyborg like outline. He kinda also looks like Qua Chi's form a bit. It doesn't matter since he is scrapped.
