Hey guys I just did a quick Photoshop on how I think Baraka should look, like how he used to. I'm not that good with Photoshop though, but here it is. What do you guys think? Do you guys think he should look like this instead? Rougher skin, silver teeth, darkened eyes, etc.

cool just give him a tiny hint of eyes within the black, like a small white/red glow or something, i dont think the original is a finished design by the way. just a really rough render by NRS, im really hoping they go with a savage look for baraka this time and not that stupid shoulder thing suit from the newer MKs
 
I think the whole glowing yellow thing is what makes him look comical not evil I say give him pitch black pupills, over like blood shot red eyes like this....

I just don't like his head model for some reason. I preferred the eerie, longer jaw version. I like the lack of eyes though, but as said maybe put a hint of red or glow.
 
yeah the new carnations of baraka make him look comical, when you could make him look like a full dark bad ass, like actually scary
 
I hope the render they showed in the first vid he was in isn't what he is going to be wearing, I haven't liked his look ever since he got into the whole 3D world. I just want him to be very demonic looking and barbaric.

what vid was this can you link please? if its the xray vid it just showed his head didnt it?

It was the same vid i believe, maybe I was just seeing things but I could have sworn it showed his upper torso, I could have just have seen the head and saw it was pretty much the same from MKvsDCU and just imagined seeing it after haha, I'll find the vid.

You were right, You basically see just his head, but a hint of his shoulders and it looks like he is wearing shoulder pads similar to the ones in mkvdc so, only time will tell.

am i the only one that hates this design?? the stupid shoulder pads, the chest plate, the parachute pants, the ribbon, man this design sucks
 
Baraka looks so good here, i hope in the game he is as sick as this, i do like the mk vs dc version so i bet ill be happy with the final product

They need to just make him look similar to this. I thought he looked great in this game.

I do however miss his MK2 costume though..
 
As well as dark empty-looking sockets, I think he should look very malnourished and act a little twitchy/erratic in his behavior. I think this would make him appear unpredictably frightening.
