Artificial Intellegence (AI) in MK9

It wouldn't be Klassic MK without cheapass AI. Anyways you guys should get some friends to play with, fighting the computer is no way to enjoy a fighting game!

It is for me, I play MK single player 99.9% of the time due to the story, unlockables, secrets, etc.

Let's keep in mind that they've made some strides in computer AI since the classics. I'm sure there will be the usual combo macros but I doubt they would revert to the previous patterned routines and blatant cheating or balancing tricks of earlier AI's like in MK2 and especially UMK3. I found the AI in both Deception and Armageddon to be adequete enough for single player. Granted those utilize a different system, we shouldn't see complete regression that would result in magical throwing or precognition.. hopefully.

BTW, anyone ever play UMK3 in the arcades and about the second round just have fun watching the AI copy your steps back and forth not willing to attack you even if time expired?

Haha I used to do that on the console version, not in the arcade. It was hilarious. Take 2 steps back, they take 2 forward. Take 3 steps forward, they take 3 steps back. xD

The old game of MK Chicken we called it! Who's going to go first? ME!? Noo... The computer? Nope times up.

EDIT: Which reminds me, if anyone has time and can make a video of said hilariousness, there's an old song by Paula Abdul called "Opposites Attract"... Go Nuts! XD
