Arkham City Skins Pack now available for Xbox

Hoping they release the new 52 pack soon. Guessing theyll release that with either zod or scorpion along with 3 other new skins would be nice to see nightwing 3 new skins with one of them being robin,red robin, and his retro look with jacket.
 
The only outfits I can see Hawkgirl (my main) getting from the DLC are her JLU outfit (Maskless one) and her Thanagarian Law Enforcement or Military outfit. And also possibly the Black Lantern skin (As Chay-Ara), if possible.
 
Does anyone know if this pack will eventually be on PSN or is it limited to Xbox users and WalMart preorderers?

The logic you have is so flawed, I swear. It's okay to complain about something and still do it. I hate gas prices but I'm not going to just not get it. I don't like that game companies are whoring people out for DLC by selling incomplete games and selling things later, but I still get DLC sometimes.
