Hacking the game to find out secrets isn't ruining anything for anyone, unless the devs decide to stop production on that thing. Which is unlikely. So no ruining.
 
Boon has replied to some comments about this on Twitter. He said "Fujin is not in MK9," and "Come back in a year and tell me Fujin is in the game." In other news, he also said there were slim chances that Havik, Kira, Li Mei or Mavado would be DLC.

I could be remembering this wrongly, but I thought he said fans would have some influence over who would be DLC. If this is true, I wonder where he's getting his information from. I was under the impression that Fujin was one of the popular choices.

Rob I seem to recall that as well. Not to mention the tweet not too long ago where boon asked what order we'd like to see DLC characters in. I highly doubt people begged for lady in red before anybody else.

He's also been trolling a lot about Rain. He makes hints that Rain could happen, but then rewords things, and it's just getting lame at this point.

I honestly believe that they picked all of the DLC LONG before we ever had a say, and nothing is ever going to change it. I know, people love to say things like.. "well we asked for this for years, and finally we got it" But the thing is, you got it in a full release of the game, YEARS later.

Now don't get me wrong, this is still my favorite MK since the 2d MK's, and I'm beyond happy with what I got. I just hate when a company hypes me up for stuff in a game I'll never see. IF they ever get around to fixing the online play, (That post they put out said "Over the course of the next two weeks" It will be 2 weeks on Thursday.) I will have trouble playing anything else for a long time to come.

Anyway, just something small that's been bugging me. Once I have Klassic Reptile, nothing else will matter anymore, anyway. ;P

It might be a strange source because who requested for that horrible and lame characters? Havik is cool but Kira, Li Mei and Mavado? that ones sucks like hell...

I don't see any posts in this thread that are complaining about, unappreciative of, or unsatisfied with the game as it stands.

One of the reasons MK has been around for so long is because of secrets and hype - it gets people playing and talking about MK. For this game, NRS hyped up DLC as part of their offering, and that's all we're discussing here. There's nothing wrong with that.

Most of us also think the "game is perfect on what we gave now". However you've ended up in the Spoilers, Leaks, and Rumors section of the forum. Where adults talk about, well.. Spoilers, leaks and rumors.

Before you jump in here and say we're all babies that are "gona complain and doesnt apreciate always want more never satisfied", you might want to learn a bit of reading comprehension. Also you shouldn't be calling anybody babies when you're obviously too young to be posting here or playing this game in the first place.

Oh calm down, the dude literally said he created an account here just to "lol" at all the babies. He's not being condescending, he's just being a brat. Sorry if my pointing that out causes some kind of problem. I'm just not a fan of trolls.

It was condescending. I'm just saying don't stoop to that level.

No one likes a troll. No problem caused, not trying to cause one with you, and I am calm.

Either way it doesn't matter.

Fujin would be a nice addition, but I want to see Skarlett and the klassic kostumes first.
 
I don't think we'll see Fujin sadly after Boons last few tweets. But you never know with him. He could just be angry that an unfinished Skarlett got leaked. Either way, I totally second the Klassic Costumes. I LOVE the classic ninjas, they bring me right back to sneaking away from my parents at oh.. 10 years old? (Wow, now I feel old)

I do hope we get more than just the pre-order ones. Klassic Smoke really got me excited the first time I saw him in game. Though as long as I can get my hands on Reptile all will be good and happy in my little world..

I ordered from Gamestop and already had Scorpion. Then I got lucky (Spent money when I shouldn't have) and got Sub Zero.

I don't know what it is, but Reptiles new look just doesn't sit well with me. But I didn't pre-order from amazon, and the price people want for him is insane. I'd hate to blow 100 bucks on a skin, only to get it free soon via some DLC pack or whatever.
 
Oh right, even better. Give us the pre-order stuff, and sneak in the versions we fight in the game as well. Reptile with the spear and just all that good stuff. Even if they aren't playable online, that's totally fine by me.

Wow, that would seriously make my head explode.

That would be terrible, if they realese a classic smoke skin he should have the same moveset as the actual Smoke, being just an skin, if not it would be just a gray scorpion like in old games, and thats not cool.
