Alien Vs Predator "Spot The Difference" Game

K, I am bored and I like these kind of games, so here goes my first. Below there are two photos of the same scene, an Alien Vs Predator display. The top photo is original and untouched, but the bottom photo has 8 differences.

This is a fairly simple puzzle to begin with, and there is a sortof cheat way to find all of the differences very quickly. But please don't cheat if you know of this method, thanks.

thats easy if you can go back and forth from pic to pic...then it looks like the missing parts are flashing. if they were side by side, and you didnt look at them in photoshop it would be harder.
