Concept Artwork Posted on MK: Armageddon Website

The <a href="http://www.mkarmageddon.com">Official Mortal Kombat: Armageddon Website</a> has updated the <a href="http://www.mkarmageddon.com/question_mark.html">"question mark" page</a> with a new render. This time it is a conecpt drawing of an ancient aztec-style pyramid stage for the character <b>Blaze</b> from <a href="http://www.trmk.org/games/mortal_kombat_armageddon/">Mortal Kombat: Armageddon</a>. Also, in a <a href="http://forums.midway.com/all_things_mk_armageddon/b10762/24695385/p1/?14">related thread</a> on the <b>Midway Boards</b>, <b>Cinder</b> has posted a sketch of the same stage.

<a href="http://www.trmk.org/games/mortal_kombat_armageddon/">Mortal Kombat: Armageddon</a> is the last chapter in the current generation of <b>Mortal Kombat</b> games. Featured only on <b>Microsoft Xbox</b> and <b>Sony PlayStation 2</b>, the game will have the largest roster of characters and also feature a new online "kart" racing mini-game dubbed <b>Motor Kombat</b>. The game will also appear on the <b>Nintendo Wii</b> in the first quarter of <b>2007</b>.

That first concept render looks hot. I love it, as well as the cool sketch. Now I want to see character renders.

I saw that last night on the midway boards. Its the first ART ive seen there that was actually good. The rest of them keep posting shitty cut and paste art. Then everyone gives them 10's, its like being in a retard class where you cant fail.

I know it's stupid. I didn't give them a 10 or a 9 at all just a 3-5. I saw that Motaro thing posted on the Midway forums. Where the hell did the creator get that art tool since it isn't photoshop.

It was touched up with PS. And I would suspect he used Maya, 3D Studio Max, Poser, Quidam. Any of those or more typically, a combination of two or more programs.

Poser was one of the programs he used, he said another one but i forget what it was, but it wasnt in CT's list.
