Everyone does it and has for decades. It's called a bullshot. NRS calls them "renders" to imply that it's not a screenshot. But even their "screenshots" are retouched and also run on a version of the engine where the game is running at over 3x the resolution the game actually does, which is 720p...

Yeah plus MK3 was developed and released at about the same time that UMK3 was first released to the arcades, to draw people back to the arcade. No way they could have hidden the game in there. ;)

You mean her render? Those are typically higher resolution and edited before release. There is no other model for Zatanna in the game.

The modder who actually got the character playable on his modded console said the voice is the same. See the update in the OP above.
