Ill always play a new MK, but theres no denying the older games are much much better than the 3D games. But IMO the last 3 3D games werent bad and Deception was very fun IMO, but I doubt it will ever be the same as it use to be. Not dead though, still my 3rd or 4th favorite fighting game.

MK Trilogy was my favorite MK game because it had all the characters and MK:A was great because it had all the characters. The things they screwed up with MK:A isnt the characters but the fighting and crappy ass fatalities.
