that's weird cause I have your message on my inbox with the link for raiden, I think I had that model, yesterday I was looking for some stuff on my mk folder and found a file with the bio movie animation bleed sent me a few months ago. but thanks cal.. I'll check it as soon as possible.
 
Nice Kano man. you can look back at the history of this topic of what the old kano looked like. your's is coming along well!

I have a certain fear of modifying the texture of skin and hair, this can improve or worsen the model and I prefer not to risk.
I know I made some modifications to the Gojira model, but I think a few things of his work must remain intact.

For what it's worth I agree with Arq. The hair is looking a bit painted on. I can live with it if you absolutely are sick of making changes though. I think I'm ok with the skin shader. But yeah if there was one last improvement before animation phase I'd focus on that. You pretty much nailed everything else.
