Fallout 4 official trailer..........

^ I've been having a real hard time using that MIRV, the range really seems too short to me. Like i'll just barely miss a target because the nukes break apart just before it reaches them and it's really frustrating. Also sometimes that shit just randomly kills me even when there is nothing even remotely close for it to hit.

If there's no roof shoot it up in the air then it will rain hell like a nuclear airstrike basically.

I get that thats how its supposed to work now but I always feel like I'm too close and gonna blow myself up or I'm too far and I'm gonna miss. I just find it kinda hard to find that sweet spot and I guess I prefer the Fallout 3 version of the MIRV where you just pointed at the thing you wanted really dead

Yeah it can be really inconsistent in terms of how far it goes.

It's really my only problem with it, but I find it to be such a problem that I just don't use it
plus I've always hated carrying around heavy weapons just because of the inventory space they take up.

btw that's Curie in your avatar right?

Yeah that's my bae in my avatar.

Word up, I have yet to even touch the cryolater or gauss rifle.

Nice  Curie is by far my one of my favorite companions in the game. Her and Hancog are who I'm with 90% of the time, other companions I only really use to get their perks, although I will say they all have interesting personalities and are likeable. Except X6, fukk that guy.

damn it forgot I can't actually say Hancog's name on here

Curie
Danse
Piper
Cait
MacCready

Those are definitely my favorites, have yet to try Han though but I will soon since I'm trying to max out affinity with all companions. I only have Han and Codsworth left to go since Preston is bugged so he won't follow me.

Danse is an absolute powerhouse, It almost feels unfair having him follow you
Hancook is the homie though, he always hooks me up with drugs too

I still got a bunch of companion perks to get, I gotta get em for Strong, X6, Preston, Deacon, and Valentine.

Danse is even more retarded powerful when he gets the X-01 armor and you give him a X-01 helmet, it's just ridiculous.

Lol I forgot all about X6, I didn't have any sort of intention of having a one-dimensional synth as my companion

Forgot about Deacon too :(

Spoiler:
Killed the Railroad before I got to establish any sort of relationship with him.

^ Yeah I'm gonna have to do that soon too, I reloaded my save once I got those orders and have been putting it off ever since

I'll get around to it soon though, after I get the perks for him and X6.

Spoiler:
Ad Victoriam

Spoiler:
Only regret of siding with the Brotherhood was losing Deacon since he was pretty hilarious. Could have used a humorous companion like him.

Just made some baller power armor, overdrive leg mods with the atom cat paint job to counterbalance the increased ap usage. This shit is pretty damn fast, combine with pain train for maximum "fukk out my way hoes" :mullet:

Spoiler:
I just got done maxing out my relationship with him and I can say you aren't really missing that much, he's kinda funny at first and him changing outfits constantly can be pretty funny but I ended up just wanting to go back to Curie or Hancook after a while. His conversations are pretty good, and the sneak attack bonus from his perk is nice but other than that he doesn't have much going for him besides his high sneak rating.

I got my friend the Fallout Anthology and a Vault-Tech lunchbox. I'm seeing the lunchbox going on ebay for $40+ but I only paid $20 at Gamestop as I had no idea it was part of the Fallout 3 collector's edition. It's actually really awesome for a lunchbox, I would keep it myself and use it but I just recently got a WWE Money in the Bank Lunchbox. The artwork on the Fallout one and the dirtyness makes it look straight out of the video game.

The Anthology is pretty awesome too because the Mini Nuke case apparently makes a sound and out of looking at it, it seems pretty good quality. Also all the games inside are on discs rather than digital download codes, thank god.

So I have been playing F4 and after I started the castle quest with Preston and his army in which I have to kill a giant crab ( I failed and ran away ), since then Preston kept following me all the time during the last 15 hours I have been playing this game among with Nick Valentin. Is this a glitch that I can have two companions supporting me beating quests easier or is this supposed to work this way?

^ Preston is counting as a temporary companion in this situation, while Nick would be your real companion. Yes it can make the game a bit easier but you can't issue temp companions commands which can end up kind of annoying especially in tight corridors where they'll block your way. Preston will stay with you until you go back to the Castle and complete the quest.

There are a few other quest that give you temporary companions like one for the Brotherhood that has you escorting a Scribe to data, I sometimes have that Scribe following me around because they can be pretty effective and you still pass the quest if they die.

^ I gotta say that I do think the female sole survivor has a better VA than the male one, I started a new playthrough where I'm just going around being an absolute bitsh to everyone and I'm laughing way harder at the shit she says compared to anything the male sole survivors said.

Yeah the male voice stinks, even when you're male Silver Shroud he doesn't sound near as confident or legitimate as the female voice.

In a lot of situations it feels like the female VA was actually having a lot of fun with it while the male was just doing it for the paycheck. I used to want to replay the story but as a dude this time, but I'm honestly having second thoughts. Might just do 100% sarcasm as a girl.

I gotta agree, and yeah go 100% sarcasm that's pretty much what I'm doing (along with being just a general bish) and it's turning out gloriously
