No Alternate Costumes?

With each character getting three variations of fighting styles and move sets, some also have costume changes along with those variations. Ed Boon even said Cassie's "Hollywood" variation would give her sunglasses and a different costume.

With this, Im a bit curious as to whether or not characters will even get full-on alternate costumes or not. What does everyone else think of this?

Im 100% sure that there will be alternate costumes. Its mostly just prop changes with the fighting styles which im sure could easily be implemented with the alternates
 
There would be slight costume changes with each fighting style. I haven't heard a definative answer to alternate costumes. There mostly will be but there werea few games games that only offered the one.

With each fighting style variation there are sure to be definate strengths and weaknesses to the characters. which bothers me more than anything else. ie- spammers and nurfing done by NRS.
 
I can definitely still see alternate costumes as a possibility. The only thing is NRS will have to make variations of each characters alts to go with their various fighting styles. Maybe Im just worrying about nothing lol
 
They showed Cassie Cage's Hollywood variation on the machinama stream. Its the exact same costume except shes wearing sun glasses
 
Yeah I saw that after I posted this. Strange, though because I heard Ed say it was a completely different costume.
 
The design changes for the three different variations aren't drastic enough to disqualify alternate costumes. I'm sure we'll get at least one alt for each character.
 
As of now i don't believe it has been confirmed that there will or will not e alternate costumes but with the variations there are slight/subtle changes to the characters costume

i.e- Sub Zero when choosing the Grandmaster variant, you see he has the Dragon Medallion on his attire. And i believe when you chose the Cryomancer variant his mask looked more like ice than material.

But i believe there will be alternate costume. there always are!
 
I cant remember if MK vs. DC had alternate outfits but each character in every game since Deadly Alliance had at least one alternate costume. I doubt MKX will be any different.

It didn't, only a darker colour version with the start button but i am almost sure this game will have more skins like injustice, the game goes 5-10-15-25 years later so i doubt they will use the same costume.
