As far as Cyber Sub-Zero goes, I am saying NO! While I applaud the MK team for making such a brave move with Sub, I would prefer if it was only the case in one game and that's MK9. And I do not think they themselves want Sub to continue being a cyborg as they chose to kill him off, which gives the possibility of his human version coming back.

Human version needs to come back.
If it's MK10, then there's too much history between Shinnok, Quan Chia and Sub-Zero (namely Bi-Han), for it to just be ignored.
My Soulnado separation of Noob and Bi-Han theory is looking better, now that I think about it.

I would say YES to Cyber Sub-Zero.
Only to see where NRS takes his story going with the Cyber route; it would be interesting to see if he still cares about the Lin Kuei or whether he would prioritize looking for a way to get back his humanity, it would in a way serve as a good test of his character. But if NRS had just planned to turn him Cyber for the shock value and nothing else, then I would rather prefer human Sub Zero, even though his story may not alter much from the original timeline.
