PC version of Mortal Kombat 9...

Lol at this post.
I am huge MK fan and sure i will pre-order or buy it i am just trying to say and point out how bad marketing and everything about this port is.
And from what i can see on other forums and social networks i am not alone.

Today it's very rare and strange when you only get two (imo bad) screenshots for the game that is coming to PC after so many years.

MK9 is nr.1 in top selers list on GMG, you call it bad marketing ? Everybody already knows about it, people who want it will get it, no mater if they will release trailer or some screenshots, we already know whats in the box.
You won't know if the netcode is good or not, if the game is optimized or not, until they will release it. But somehow you know that everything about this port is bad...
As i see some ppl just get paranoid.

I'm confident the port will be good. At the very worst I expect the netcode to be how it is on consoles now. I rarely play online, but last I checked, it was tolerable on PS3. If they improve it even slightly, it will be considered a good port, and as we can see, it's already selling well.

I do wonder what the netcode will be like, because if it's indeed a major improvement from the console version, all the console fans will whine their asses out when they find out that the secondary platform, the PC, has gotten a nice netcode, and they, the primary market, are stuck with a netcode that still leaves a lot to be desired.

That seems like a very risky move on NRS' behalf.

So if PC Gamers get good net code console gamers lose? I don't think High Voltage should hold back and not fix that if they can just to keep console gamers happy. This release isn't about console gamers and what they want. Besides, they've got Injustice. Let them whine if they are that immature like a kid complaining that another one got shinier version of an older toy than they did.

Of course they shouldn't hold back. Nice netcode will ensure top earnings from the game on the PC market, especially when a few good reviews are posted by the major reviewing websites. But the PC market is nowhere near the magnitude of their console market, and they might have just instructed High Voltage to hold back on the netcode, so that the console gamers don't get pissy.

It's true that the large chunk of the console community have moved on to Injustice ( no clue how its netcode is performing ) though.

^dem pixels
my gfxcard will melt

That's a console trailer with a PC logo at the end you genius. :D You want to hate this game so much it's amusing really but after release please spare us and don't start flaming here about how shitty the PC port is because it looks nothing like Crysis or The Witcher 2, we all know you think it's shit. :D
