Tremor is a non-canon character, also, Ed Boon didnt particpate in the game Tremor appeared (MK: Special Forces), Tobias did but he is not part of the MK team anymore, and like we already know, Boon is erasing everything about Tobias of the game, including his name in "Noob Saibot" being in the last years just "Noob".
 
Well in interviews Ed Boon did say it was STILL Noob Saibot, i believe the Noob abreviation came from the smoke tag-team.
Anyways I'm all for adding a brown ninja, Don't really care for Tremor since i think MK special Forces was the only bad MK game ever made, but you do see some brown ninja's in the lin-kuei temple in Deception's konquest mode. Hell maybee they can even throw in the old Lin-Kuei Grandmaster as a playable character before they decide to make Sektor's ending canon and kill him off. (with the Mythology look tho)

This is fan rumors, he call him Noob Saibot at the ending video and he always tells from twitter or interviews that he still contact him for advices.

I know their was a sort of decline in the series after 3, however most of the other games were actually playable. It's my opinion that before MK9 no other game compared to MK2, but as terrible as some of the later tittles may have seamed they were all pretty fun when played with friends. and I will give you this MKvs Dc was also bad. Happy now?
 
I wouldn't mind such a ninja pack, but Rain is the only one of the two that I'd be dying to pick up. If Tremor turned out as well as Skarlet has then I'd have no problem buying him but Tremor is nowhere near the top of my list of priorities.

and yes before mk9, the best one was mk2, everything in between is hit and miss, specially mk vs dc.
 
I wouldn't want Tremor to be in MK9 as a DLC. I would rather much have him as a kharacter already in the game for MK10. I want to see what kind of story we would have for him:).
 
i think Tremor has a lot of potential to him, i'd like to see him resurrected some way either as DLC or in MK10 whenever it's released 3-5 years from now.

His story would need some serious fleshing out, but considering he's a mostly blank slate story-wise that wouldn't be too terribly difficult. His powers are pretty solid though and I wouldn't mind if NRS actually decided to put him to use one day. Doubtful thought I am.
 
He has so many storyline possibilites....He's a former Lin kuei turned Black Dragon. Which means he has fueds with Sonya and Jax. He may have altercations with Sektor for leaving the clan maybe not wanting to become a cyborg neither? Theres alot of thing you can do with his look and moveset. You ask why Tremor? I say why not?

im not excited about skarlett at all. she looks out of place. these fameale ninjas look like conans *****es.
