Man tough call... Its a fight between Kano's, Stryker's, Reptile's, Goro's, and Shao Kahn's (as much as I hate the bastard :-P).

I'm going to go with... Kano's. The knives in each thigh plus a boot to the face is just too good. Reptile in second. I love the double eye gouge. :-)
 
Man I have to say all of them are very unique but the one that made me laugh the most was Quan Chi's, its funny making your opponent kill themselves
 
Kabal's is my current favorite because it utilizes his two fighting aspects in the most unique way + having your shins broken feels like it could be the most painful thing to happen to you.

But other notables go to: Kitana, Baraka (two of the most over-the-top brutals), Stryker and Quan Chi (for incorporating their personalities so well) and Reptile for how visually striking it is. Sonya's is also extremely cool because we get to see her bicycle kick and i love the little combo that leads up to it.

In all honesty, all the X-Rays look fantastic and there's not one that i feel is 'bad'.
 
Quan Chi's "self-inflicted" badassery is both awesome AND humerous.

Smoke's German Suplex is plain mean.

Kano's X-Ray is just as mean and thuggish as he is.

Stryker's is pretty awesome too. High LAPD-factor for the two batons, high style points for the taser, and high damage.

Shao Kahn's is pretty wicked, but I think I hate it because of how much damage it does...usually to me lol.
 
Kitana and Baraka are my personal favorites. Look brutal.

One of my friends is all about Scorpion's though. Loves the dominance displayed by it.
 
quan chi ermac kabal stryker sub prolly these the best and oh kitana is so bad ass and sonyas is wack as **** lol
 
Scorpion and Mileena being my favorite characters I think that they have probably the most bland x-rays in the game.

Smokes how ever is probably my favorite along with Quan Chi and Kabal's x-rays.

Smokes x-ray with the german suplex is just sweet. To me I just think its something different. Mileena,Kano and Kabal use weapons in their x-ray while Smoke's x-ray is just brute force.
 
Reptile's. It's easy to do, great damage, and I found a 14 hit combo with it. You've made me a loyal Reptile fan.
 
There are a lot of good ones but, my top three are: Goro, Noob's, and I actually Liu Kang's is pretty sweet! Quan Chi's is awesome too(favorite character by the way second is Scorp). They actually did well with the xrays. I don't really have any complaints about any of them.

Sonya's and Kitana's are my least favourite. If you give them moves they do in their x-rays, they should have them in the regular gameplay. Disappointing :|
