I don't think he's been disconfirmed yet.. I mean if he was secret, he wouldn't necessarily have a VS pic.. The fight could just pop up when you meet certain requirements.

sorry bro but motaro is not in the game. there's a place in the game where you can find the characters definition as its name, the costumes, etc.
well, motaro is not in, and in this part are ALL the "characters" including the zombies of challenge tower, stunt man, different kind of tarkatan (soldier, general, leader), nightwolf's demon called: Ruutuu, etc.

bosses characters have only 1 costume, so that's a sign of unplayable bosses i think.

I'd say the motaro transformation like others have said is just nrs being nrs but who knows what other transformations might be in considering the smoke transformation from umk3

The demo was not a complete build. Just look at the krypt kontent, a lot of it is empty and there are placeholders in some of Goro's (IIRC) parts. The demo is not definitive and probably intended to be misleading.
