And now we have Kitana and Mileena sparring like it's a nod to that god-awful Elektra film. I understand that Mileena's reason to enter the tournament could be to prove she's better than Kitana because Kitana's prettier, that's *sort of* Mileena's deal anyway... but jeez... I wanted mahoosive teeth, face eating, and the whole hilarious moaning at inappropriate times Mileena. Meh.

Am I the only one who thinks Quan Chi was awesome?!

20 bucks says that Mileena is going to smile at the end of the webisode, show fangs, cut to credits lol

Kinda disappointing in my opinion. Plus are they all going to be that short? I thought they were going to treat this like a real TV series.
 
nice, okay, it was short, but the first episode was a little bit better than i thought it'd be. I mean, one thing: i think that mask sitting in the bin at the beginning will eventually be warn by Kabal. second, i see that Stryker is not just a riot controll officer, but actually part of the special forces, or whatever they're called in the new webseries. obviously, the red laser eye thing they were talking about is going to Kano.
 
yeah, to me it is a filler episode until the sub zero vs scorpion or cyrax vs sektor ect fights
still, it's good to see a R-Rated-ish feel to it, so you know that some heads and snipes are going to be flying one day :D
 
Wow. Some of you are really hard to please eh? Think of this series as a lead up to the bigger picture, AKA THE MOVIE.

This episode blew the first two movies out of the water, how sad is that. Blood, fighting, swearing, Mortal Kombat = PERFECT MOVIE.

Yea they weren't very subtle with the foreshadowing
