Something I've noticed about Mileena

Does anyone know if the demo is censored at all? In the demo, if you play as Mileena and get beat up real bad but still win with a fatality, her outfit is very damaged and over her left breast it is falling off. But instead of exposing the skin there is a red stripe covering it. It isn't blood because it is perfect straight line with a right angle. No deal breaker, just thought it was odd. Anyone else notice this?
 
Haven't noticed it, but I guess they'd avoid full frontal nudity so the don't risk getting a AO rating from the ESRB.
 
I was thinking that too. But then again, God of War 3 didn't get an AO rating and that game is arguably more culturally or at least socially shocking.
 
I guess you could reason that MK has much more detailed anatomy and organs being ripped to shreds in an explicate manner.
 
Well thats true. But you do gut a Centaur more than a few times while its living in GoW3. Either way they are both pretty brutal games.
 
Lol. Hey, I'm not complaining if the final game is filled with nipples... as long as it isn't just Liu Kang's nipples.
 
Idk if you guys read it but theres an article on IGN about LA Noire that shows a murder victim completely naked to wear you can even see her pubic hair and you have to examine every inch of the body. I'd imagine rockstar wants an M rating so if they can get away with that, I wouldn't be suprised if they showed mileena naked. Doesn't matter either way to me honestly, I could care less to see a naked video game character.
 
Yeah i don't see why they would put a bunch of limitations on what they would show. But yeah like you said nothing that is going to make the game any better or any worse. Just looks really out of place after you notice it.

Do you have a screenshot of the red stripe? I haven't seen it in any of the MK movies of the demo... And I've watched a lot of them...
 
It's in the rating...It's gotta be censored in the demo because any age can get their hands on the demo. I'm pretty confident with the rating, and Mileena's censor nip, that we might be seeing Sindel's nipples in April :X

I wonder if Mileena has weird tarkatan nips?

The stripe can be seen at 3:04-3:07 On the left side of her body. There is a very wide stripe and a thin one to the right of that.

In the comments i just looked at you can see that other people are also discussing. It is in youtube videos too but this video has the best quality.

You mean on her right breast? The two wide red stripes just look like blood for me... I thought you meant like red floating bars as censors...

Yeah. It just looks different because of the perfect straight lines and that doesn't happen on any other parts of her body or any other character for that matter.

I see the stripe that zjsladek was talking about. Looks like they tried to make it the same as the blood (Like the color and the way the light hits it), but if you notice, the line just stops at her breasts and there isn't a trail of blood that goes under her breasts or on her clothes like the blood in the game usually does.

Personally, I wouldn't care if they keep that in the final game. It's not something you would really notice while playing the game, and the only people I think who would have a problem with that being in the game are horndogs or perfectionists.
