Sorry guys but i WONT be getting the demo, i refuse to let the demo ruin the surprise for me when the game is released. It will be the same feeling i got for mk1 and mk2. We never had demos and when we got home to pop in the game it was the ultimate feeling of adrenaline, to test out the game for the first time.

We know A LOT of what's in this game/demo already. The demo isn't going to ruin anything. I understand if you own a PS 3 and don't want to shell $18 to play it on Tuesday but you honestly mean to tell me that you WON'T download it when it's free on the 15th?

I cant download it because I made a promise with my friend that we would wait it out until it comes out. I know its gonna be hard though. Here is the plan for April 18th. Me and my buddy are going to have breakfast in the morning and talk about the good old times of the old arcade days and Mortal Kombats, reminice if you will. Then were going to play MK1-MK3 on my emulaoder on my PC to freshen up. Then about 8pm we are going to watch Mortal Kombat the movie on Blu-Ray with my buddy and my girlfriend. Then were all leaving my house about 11:30pm my local gamestop for the midnight release of MK9, then were going to pick up a couple bottles of champaign to pop open at my pad before experiencing MK9 for the first time. Im excited.

cant download it because i´ve got a xbox... dont know if they will even release the demo for it...

but somehow i´m disappointed that there are just 4 characters... and that are the characters we know already since the beginning

The demo will be out for the Xbox though I haven't seen a date yet. And I think 4 characters is generous and you can't really expect the latest characters to be revealed on it.

I'm really surprised there's a demo in the first place. We all know we're going to get it but fence sitters who play a demo will only get it if it's extremely good. And now it'll have to hold their interest for a full month. It really shows they have a lot of faith in this one.

lol. Well...I commend your patience. I really do. Because I sure as shit wouldn't be able to wait.

By the way, does anyone know what time of the day the PSN/PS+ updates with new stuff?

It's around midnight here, I have to get up like 6:30 AM, but im still up. Yeah... I'm waiting for the demo... I... ZzZZZZZZZzZ

So what time will the demo appear? I know Ps3 usually updates in the afternoon so we probably wont be able to play until after 6 pm. I do have the automatic updater enable though

Ps I got PS plus membership but how do you switch it to auto download ? I never saw the option

I really wonder if the video you unlock after you win the miniladder arcademode in the demo is the same vid that we have seen from the MK Truck Tour...

They already said that the truck tour features the same demo that will be released to the public. So I'm sure it's the same video.
