Xbox Player Using Jade Retro

I pre-ordered at CDON.com (North Europe) and got the Jade code for XBOX360.

So I thought that the Jade Retro was a PS3 exclusive, as you needed a blue ray player to get it. I found a video online of a guy playing matches over Xbox live, and the person he is playing against is using the Jade Retro. so.....WTF?!? How the hell did this guy get it?

So, I got the Scoprion from gamestop (PS3) how are you sposed to get Mileenas? I got the kollectors edition...Also came with Ermac, does it hafta be a certain edition because my Scorpion was on the reciept but there was no Mileena.
