Wtf is with the servers?

What's going on with the game servers for 360? It seems like every day the chat rooms aren't available for about an hour or so. I really hope this is just a side effect of the devs improving the lag problems, because if its not, this is getting really ridiculous.
 
I lost the chat rooms only once. Consequence: THE INTENSE LAG! Holy crap every 4 matches lags and I'm really getting sick and tired of it
 
Yeah, it's pretty annoying. I hate going into Player or Ranked matches. I like being able to choose which room I go into. I pick them based on number of people, connection, etc.
 
That is true. I'd select people close to Chile, because when i fight them the lag doesn't seem to be a problem.
