Why didn't Raiden intervene at the Coliseum?

Certain flaws in the storyline like

"Why did Stryker just stand there while Kabal was being burned alive"
"Raiden can't intervene for Sub-Zero, but can for smoke?"
"How the hell did Sindel kill all the earth's heroes on her own?"
"If Sindel is so strong, why not send her to kill everyone in the first place?"

Basically, just go along with it, even if it doesn't make much sense.

You had to pay attention . Stryker couldnt do anything because he had to fight ( either kintaro or goro idk which one was there i forgot )
Raiden couldnt intervene because it wouldve messed up his plan . In his future idea things that he was getting , it told him that smoke should stay human and sub zero needs to turn into a robot
Sindel killed everyone and got so strong because Shao Kahn took out Shang Tsungs soul and fused it with Sindel , so she was like 10X powerful then normal
She couldnt have been sent out first because Shao Kahn had to use Shang Tsung for sometime , then when he had no use for Shang Tsung , he killed him and gave the power to Sindel who would be forever loyal to them

I didn't care about the story holes, I was just annoyed how the story moved on. Things happened I didn't like.

And while Sektor and Cyrax were ambushing Sub-Zero, didn't they notice Smoke? And how the hell did Sub-Zero escape from them in the first place anyway if they can mindlessly teleport wherever the **** they want.

Why didn't mileena/baraka/reptile/kahn anybody at the colliseum stop Liu Kang when he tried to break open the chains of Kitana? They were standing freaking next to it...

Why did Raiden not stop Smoke from attacking Jade? That fight was nonsense.

Why did Ermac not just crush Stryker like he can, he lost even to him (biggest flaw in game)

Why did Liu Kang was the only earthrealm combatant left as Sonya wasn't beaten by ANYONE in the tournament.

Why was Baraka still a labdog after Shang Tsung ordered Johnny Cage to finish Baraka off?

Why Kabal forgave Stryker so fast for leaving him lying there and attacked Kano who saved his freaking life?

WHY WHY WHY I could continue forever, but no.

The second one was also a stupid fight . But they needed someone for her to fight i guess
Ermac could have killed him , but he just threw him down to the sub way instead . Why would he kill him on instant ? That would be stupid
Sonya wasnt beaten by anyone because its an alternate timeline . So its not like the first mk tournament where she lost to i think Kano or someone
Baraka doesnt really know anything else to do . But hes more loyal to Shao Kahn , Shang is the underdog
Stryker couldnt just stop and help Kabal because he had to fight Goro or Kintaro idk which one was there
And he fought Kano because Kabal used to be in the Black Dragon , and Kano was antagonizing him about joining back so they fought to shut Kano up

Wtf was Stryker supposed to do for Kabal? The dude was scorched and Stryker had to fight off Kintaro. The second the battle was over, he ran over to radio for help. Then Ermac stepped in.

If you've fought Shao Kahn in any MK game, you know how fast he can move.

It was so unexpected that Raiden wouldn't have had any time to react, out of sheer shock if nothing else.

Why did Cyrax's victory over Johnny Cage count if Cyrax was already beaten by Scorpion?

I think Shang Tsung disregarded that because he wanted the Lin Kuei participants to kill Raiden's warriors.

Maybe this sounds dumb, but if Raiden had acted before Sektor and Cyrax made the proposal, perhaps Shao Kahn and his followers woulodn't have felt the need to prevent the Earthrealm warriors from intervening. The cyborgs weren't exactly welcomed with open arms...at least not until they made their offer.

Lui Kang wasnt stopped because Kahn was dead, Earth won so they couldnt intervene if they wanted too.
The only thing i can come up with is the Smoke and Jade fight, That was just stupid.

Sub said he was only there to fight Scorpion. He did, therefore he can leave the tournament. If Sub like Smoke was in the tournament for Earth Realm then possibly the cyborgs wouldn't be allowed to take him since it would break the rules.

Why did Cyrax's victory over Johnny Cage count if Cyrax was already beaten by Scorpion?

The fight between Cyrax and Scorpion didnt count because that wasnt part of the tournament they fought because they did. If you think Shang Tsung set the kombats why would he make fight 2 of his fighters? that was just a fight apart because cyrax didnt want scorpion to find elder subzero.

Obviously Stryker would have explained what happened to Kabal after he got back to Earthrealm, they just can't show everything "on screen".

And no, Sonya getting beaten off-screen really isn't a big storyline point in the MK1 tournament. Sonya's presence there is largely irrelevant in the first place, as that whole arc is all about Liu Kang.

Well i'm sure Smoke VS Jade and Jax VS Johnny Cage were very important for the storyline...

I am stunned that you say that thing about Sonya, i'm a fan of ALL characters in the game and my opinion is that NO character should get more attention than the other, I want to see who beat Sonya rather than see Smoke fight Jade for no reason at all.

And Kintaro can breath fire from his own mouth, Kano did gave some flamethrowers probably, but not to Kintaro who can breath fire from his birth.

And again, they could show us all the cool important things on-screen as they simply needed to cut the NON-important things and cut the character-has-only-4-fights chapter bullcrap.
