Who is the Easiest / Hardest Characters to learn ?

i actually hope raiden is hard to master

HELL YEA HES HARD ASS F**K . He doesnt have normal square square square combos ( or x x x ) . His are all like back + triangle , x+circle . So you need to have a lot of patience to master him
Also , hell yea , I want to play as Shinnok . He would look cool :)

I found Johny Cage to be really easy to do combos with (pop-up, jab jab, dash, jab jab, shadow kick is easy as hell).

I like Sub-Zero and Kabal the most since they both have stun moves that allow easier longer chains.

And oh boy is it sastisfying to demolish ppl online with Quan Chi! Ive already got a nice 53% combo ive been using on people and is easy to bait them lol

I had a hard time with quan chi's combos at first, but he has definitely become my favorite character once I found ways to use and set these combos up in actual matches, most of them doing massive damage.

for me the easiest is kung lao and the hardest to pull off combos and stuff to me is noob and sheeva

yes and a great thing with his combos is too first use your Health/Damage booster move and you can incorporate alot of good hits make sure to use the mesmerize special move in between your combo to make it longer. Plus Quan Chi's combos have alot of low, mid, high attacks mixed in so if your opponent is blocking they will get hit eventually lol

I was doing very good with Noob online but now im terrible I cant for the life of me get close to an opponent and hit them with combos becuase it seems everyone's strikes always hit me first!? any suggestions so I dont have to stay at the end of the screen trying to find openings?

I'm glad that Noob Saibot isn't NEWB-friendly.
If he was, everybody would be spamming him, just like Scorpion.

Being my favorite character of all time, Noob Saibot is the ONLY character that I'm trying to master.

It all comes down to a matter of playing vs playing well. I'd say that in terms of a character who is the hardest to learn and actually use effectively, probably scorpion. He isn't a cheap character like so many others (Cough, raiden, cough). Characters who can stun and rely mostly on warping are pretty easy general, so long ass you can get the combos down.

while raidens teleport and torpedo are effective, i found his combos very hard to chain together. i have to work to get close to 20% with complex inputs but all i have to do with Ermac to get 25% is put in two specials (enhanced).

True, but that torpedo is completely BS. Any time somebody playing raiden is getting beat up, they just use it, knock you to the wall, and then using the stun combo on you, it's really annoying. Ermac on the other hand is ridiculous too- that lift-and-shoot combo he has is just plain broken. I can't tell you how many times somebody has grabbed me with ermac's teleport, thrown me, lifted me up, and then shot me to the wall only to do it over and over again. It gets really annoying.

The easiest 3 characters for me to use were Kabal, Scorpion (My 2 favorites ever since MK2-MK3) and Johnny Cage.
The hardest 3 characters for me to use were Nightwolf, Raiden, and Sheeva.

Raiden has pretty hard combos, Nightwolf is somewhat slow, and Sheeva has a hard to get used to fighting style, but those are just my opinions.
