When people pick up their KE's at Gamestop tonight....

Please make sure to post, within this thread, whether the Scorpion skin/fatality code is on the receipt or included within the package. I won't know until after work tomorrow night.
 
I don't recall Gamestop ever putting codes on receipts, but I hardly ever preorder from them, The_Cold_Kombatant. I'd imagine it would be included in the package.
 
I'll let you know after I pick up my KE tonight.

As far as I know though, as long as you give them the same phone # that your Pre-Ordered with, you'll get a NEW reciept when you pick up the game, at GameStop.
 
The main reason I'm concerned is because when I pre-ordered my KE the very first receipt never had a code for the uncensored widget fatalities. Then, when I had them re-print me another, the "Code" on the receipt never worked. I'm sincerely hoping the code for the skin/fatality is within the package because of this reason.
 
I am probably guessing that it is like a gift card that has a picture, then a code on the back if I am correct. But I may be wrong and it could be on the receipt.
 
From my experience the code is normally on the reciept when you pick the game up but it could be in the game as well so I cannot confirm yet. Amazon just emailed me the reptile code so I assume it Gamestop will just print it on the reciept
 
The code is inside the package... the only code that you will receive on the receipt is the uncensored fatality video. The code will be inside the actual game case where the instruction manual is, similar to an xbox live 48 hour trial card. < Hope this helped :)
 
Yea im still not sure if its going to come in the box or not but i did call gamestop about it and they said it should be in the box. My only concern is what if i only get the online pass but not the classic skin oh well i guess ill find out today.
 
The guy at my gamestop said that the scorpion alt and fatality code will be given when we get the game and it basically works just like DLC.

yea they do. when i got the dead space 2 collectors edition they said the code to unlock the ignition game ( horrid) its on the receipt. they have also put xbox live points on them as well instead of using the cards

Do you work at Gamestop? How are so sure about this? Gamestop has printed out Live and PSN codes on receipts for many different games.
 
Yup, receipt. I'm glad I asked the clerk where the code was before I left the store because I would've been looking everywhere EXCEPT on the receipt :)
 
Hey can anyone tell me if the kollectors edition box is sealed in plastic? or is it just a box with no plastic around it, and you just open it
? I live on an all dirt rd and sometimes i get dust/dirt in my packages, so I want to know if I have to pick it up from the store, or I can order it
