I'm adding to my original post. Not only do I like the Karate style, but also Scorp's Pi Gua and Hapkido styles, Sonya's Tae Kwon Do, and Quan Chi's Escrima.

Shujinko - Mantis - easy & hard-hitting, especially after a throw

Ashrah - Chou Jao? - has combos which seems to be able to hit you (high or low) from a starting point half way across the screen.

I think my favourite for ease and effect is Scorpion's Hapkido.

You are wrong my friend if you include MKA that is you are wrong because there is a wrestling fighting style that Hsu Hao uses. We aren't necessarily talking about Deception here, but if we were it would be Judo.
