What do you guys think of the guide?

Came home from school to be pleasantly surprised by my KE strategy guide! What do you guys think of it? I find that there is good stuff inside, but it feels a bit light on the strategy...

Tea very sexy indeed. Amazon shipped mine yesterday, but because I live in Australia, it'll be like 2 weeks until I recieve it.

How is the concept art section?

there is a krypt list and the concept art is okay, here's a blurry shot (strict rule on no scans)



 
From the looks of it (pictures above), I think that the KE guide is WELL worth it.
I'm excited to get mine, when I go to GameStop in the next 90 minutes. ;-)
 
Great pics man! I have 3 little questions about the guide though, which will pretty much make or break the deal for me right now:

Is the hard cover sturdy enough to support the book in a vertical position (slightly open)?

How many pages does the guide count?

Are the pages thick enough?

The KE is hardcover, and it does stand up on its own slightly opened. It comes in at 319 pages total, and the pages are kinda thin, but will be fine if you open the book and turn the pages with care.
 
Does anyone know if the guide is shrinkwrapped in retail stores? I always like to look through them before I buy them because most aren't worth the paper they're printed on.
 
That's redunkulous. Amazon sent me the bluray movie first and I got it today. Where's mah Portal2 and KE strategy guide?!!!

Actually, I'm really glad they sent the movie first. Was a nice way to kill an hour and a half before release. :)

Ha ha, I ordered Portal 2, the Blu-ray, and the Guide from Amazon as well. I didn't receive any of them yet, though :(
 
I'm sad. My play.com has sent out my game despite the UK release date being the 21st but the guides released date is the 19th and it hasn't send it. >_<
