I downloadded a lil vid the other day from gamers hell and saw scorpions fatality but it was not the head rip or the spear rip but it was more like quan chi's fatality in mk4.Scorpion walked up to the person and riped both his arms off and beat him with them I think it should have been a fatality but the real quistion is is it a secret fatal or was it just an idea.
 
I've seen the clip as well, it was just a video taken from early on in production; they were using Scorpion's character model to test out that particular fatality, that's all. He doesn't still secretly have it, and actually, they ended up giving that fatality to someone else. I can't recall for sure who it was off the top of my head, but I'm thinking it was either Havik or Darrius.
