I ****ing LOVE Viewtiful Joe.


I've played through the first game about 16 times.
And I got 100% completion on Red Hot Rumble. Insanely fun, equally hard.


I've never played the second one unfortunately :(

I have VJ2 but I only played the first level lol.

All I really know about it is that you can play as Sylvia.

Maybe I'll sit down and play it when I get time.
 
Viewtiful Joe. That game brings me back. I remember buying that and my wavebird controller the same day. Absolutely enjoyed it, I loved the quirkyness of it and his special abilities. Never played the second, but would not mind seeing a new Viewtiful Joe entry on XBLA or PSN, would not pay $60 for full game but I could see it as a downloadable game.

Most likely because Capcom dissolved Clover Studios, the company responsible for the series, in 2007, because none of their games (including the Viewtiful Joe series) were selling very well, or at least not enough for Capcom's standards. :(
 
I rented Red Hot Rumble, and the little time that I spent with it I loved it

I only played the GCN version, though. I still have the original game and VJ2 right here at home. I think starting with this game, I'm just gonna buy a shitload of GCN and PS2 games from my local pawn shops and ignore buying new games almost entirely
