Upcoming MK Blu-ray Release To Contain Jade Klassic Costume

I'm curious about this blu ray release. Is the quality of the actual blu ray going to be better on the first movie? Because there is already a blu ray of the first mortal kombat out. The only reason i'm wondering is because I want to get this movie on blu ray to tide me over til the game, and i really don't care about the extra costume. But if the new blu ray is a better quality then I might wait.
