I noticed that to, try logging out of trmk, and joining as a guest. You can get in that was as well much easier.

I tried it, but no dice. I still get the "unable to connect: java.lang. NullPointerException" thing. Whatever the fuck that means.

Check your security settings, maybe add the address of the chat room to your trusted sites.

I know WXP/SP2 always makes me click allow to run the chatroom when I go in

Those having problems go out and download the newest version of Java from here: http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp Just hit the "Get It Now" button on the right hand side. Then try again and let me know your status.
