My little brother just got this issue yesterday and I stared at it for a second in amazement because it actually took a couple of seconds to realize that the image was CG and not a real person. My mom couldn't even tell that it wasn't real. ****ING AMAZING.

And this is still a Crystal Dynamics franchise, so I don't think Squenix is enough involved to have had any major effect. It's pretty much coincidental.
 
SE is Developing the game, but it's a Edios/Crystal Dynamics Game, but yeah that imp thing WAS Creepy and still is :p reason why i skip that chapter in CHronicles
