Theorys/etc. of this game and its characters.

Ok, so since there are many plot-holes in MK and since it is said this will clear up all of the story-lines I decided why not make a topic based on theorys that make common sense. (It is ok to tell someone if they forgot something) *this topic is mainly for guessing, making interesting ideas sprout to mainly get us excited about the new game. (1E is it just makes us want to know the truth)

Characters returning:

Theorys I could see happening

1)Havoc using Onaga's heart to revive every dead character/bring them back to full health. To cause huge chaos and destruction.

2)The Elder Gods have decided to let the hands of fate for the realms rely on anyone who has been in these tournaments.

3)Onaga has to have one last tournament before the whole 1 realm thing will work.

Secret characters?

A few I can think of

---- Motaro (although he wold be hard to design they could just have it where the fatalities/death traps don't effect him. And special moves also don't work.

---- Ch/KHameleon: Who better to be able to preform said certain female/male characters moves? It would be pretty fun to learn more about them.

---- HB A character who was hinted about in MK2, and a little in another MK game.

---- Human Smoke/Robot Smoke Instead of pasing them off as alt. Costumes one of them could be used as a secret character. (just like in MK2 when he was secret)

---- Reptile human/ninja form Same as above

---- Scorpion as Elder God Champion : From when you fight him in the Nexus. (when he looks skinless would be awesome.)

---- The new Konquest mode guy (in MK: A they speak of its new character Bob) SC would work for him.

----MK1 Rayden/etc. just like in Trilogy.

Krypt: I know some people hate it but I would be ok with it if it returns. Hopefully we will see something new of it.

Konquest: hopefully you won't just be fighting everyting you see.

KAK: Add races such as Shoakan, Reptilian, Minotaurs *if possible*, Zombies, Sorcerers, etc.

Plus hopefully we can make use of other characters clothing too. (such as being able to make your own kind of Scorpion.

KAF: Make it work such as... If I use Sub-Zero's Freeze/Ice-Ball attack it doesn't screw me out of a fatality instead I can continue with whatever other attacks to make it work/look awesome/worth it.

Air Combat: Make it better like in the 2D games. Plus be able to do anything in air. Including aerial fatalities :).

Suicide fatalitied: No not Hara-Karis more like KAF... Sub-Zero cast Freeze then does it again and ends up freezing himself falling over/etc. and dieing then it flashes ... Sub-Zero wins! Humiliatality or something like that...

Introduction to some of the new characters for/from the new roster to be created... Not much else to say about that...

CG endings: As many people say the pictures and dialogue suck bring in these/back... would require a ton of memory from one CD. (then Mid-way could make it more than one disk...)

Puzzle Kombat/Chess Combat:

Make a few new games, and maybe keep the puzle combat a secret unlockable.

Story mode: Sort of like a simple way of explaining everything that happened during/with everyone's storys/etc.

Maybe a glitch-free version of MK:T that doesn't ahve the same problme with playing on the PS2 unlike the PS1 version did fro some reason.

Boss: I'm just guessing he will be a secret, and that Blaze will be the sub-boss. (powerful looking at that)

2-On-2 mode/8 Player tournament mode... If this is the secret online game they may add to it add it to the main game/just add it anyway.

WOW you have a lot of time on your hands :lol:. I read about 1/2 of it. Most of it sounds good so far. These kind of people are why forums are sweet, haha :)

oh and by the way i'll read the whole thing once I'm more...awake. I'll read it later today. I'll leave you good karma too :wink:

It sounds alright and some of the things listed have been confirmed anyway as for the second theory it wouldn't work as there was no tournament in deception characters such as Kobra wouldn't be coming back but the other two theory's are sound as far as i could make out :D
 
I think that Sub Zero and Scorpion will team up for this one. It's been said that the MK team wants to keep them on and so what better way than to have them team up? I can imagine a sort of movie like the MK D opening where it's them against the big boss of MK A. And with their power boosts from Deception, it'll be friggin' sweet.

About the Tournament for MK:D

Well what I meant is the fighters who have helped/chained/caused some thing to happen over the outcome.... (The Kobra thing would sort of be confusing I get what you mean)

Yeah I do get a lot of time with VGs. (lol I think I'm the only person who is a fan of the "video game" not a certain video game.)

I also think if quite possible (starting out in new roster would be...)

----Motaro (but only if they aren't able to fit all of him in due to memory)

---- Reptile (who knows how old his kind live)

---- Shao Khan I would love to see him go berserk on us over the whole taunting thing again :D. (plus he has always been the greatest boss in MK history)

---- Baraka (Tarkatan warriors in the future could be named Baraka as tribe leader even if the first one died)

----Sektor, Cyrax, and Smoke *robot form* (I mean they are robots, if they don't malfunction they could well practically live forever)

----Noob Saibot (That would make sense I mean he was the first Sub-Zero until death, plus he is already a Hell-Spawn he could live forever unless killed)

although most likely the only ones to return would be just Sub-Zero, and Scorpion (plus possibly Noob Saibot *that is really brilliant*)

I'd be happy even if they ditch Subby and bring in a new Subby to replace him. I'm fine, its not like they haven't done it before.

I would love joke vids and pictures to return... I like a good laugh. And nothing beats MK:DA's 'Cooking with Scorpion'.

---- Liu-Kangs possessed real body (In MK: Deceptionn ti talks about his real body whole he was dead was being controlld... But by who, and maybe they could show his real body being controlled by whoever)

Theory time:

Weapons why certain characters may have certain weapons.

Rain: The two daggers : Why?: In MK: D Konquest in one mission you have ot find the Shoakan Ceremonial Daggers for him to give to Prince Goro, but after you give it to him, he says he will most likely keep them. (This is just a theory)

Kai: Raiden's old Thunder Rod: Why?: In MK4 his ending shows him getting Raiden's rod. (gay pun not intended) thus it would make a lot of sense if he did use it as his primary weapon.

Raiden: Thunder Hammer/Thor's Hammer: Why?: In MK4 this was his primary weapon and since Kai has his Rod... Well it also would make sense. *Again gay pun not intended8

Kitana: Steel/Metal Fans: Why?: Her trade-mark weapons plus it is so obvious.

Mileena: Sai's: Why?: Same as Kitana. Trade-mark weapon

Jade: Straight long Pole: From MK:T/3/UMK3 it makes common sense

Cyrax: Pulse Blade: Why?: It fits him in so many ways....

Sub-Zero, and Scorpion's weapons just fit them. (I don't care if thye make Sub-Zero's sword a little different this time around)

Reptile...: I really can't think of any based primary weapon for him... He could use his tail.... His fang's *or something like Kano's weapons from MK:Da, and Hsu Hao from MK:DA

Smoke *human*/Smoke *Robot*: Smoke *human* could have a small axe like weapon from the MK2/Mk3/MK:T games . The robot form could use an invisible blade like structure that can be seen only when you hit the opponent.

Sheeva/Goro/Kintoro/Motaro *if Motaro is in it*: Gaunlets. It would be the easiest thing for them so they don't have like 4 weapons for each hand.

Shao Khan: Sledge Hammer from MK3/MK:T Nuff said.

Noob Saibot: Scythe *SP*, it would look pretty cool for him... Anyone agree?

Ermac: Arabian sword I don't know why but it would just seem average for him.

Kung-Lao: His hat... I mean it would be cool for once to see him use it as his weapon style instead of just a special move...

Liu-Kang:Nun-Chakus Nuff said. *SP on the Nun-Chaku part*

Shang-Tsung: Morph Orb... Yes I know this would be hard to be used but maybe it could change him into a different character with its own style thus he cold easily morph again.

Quanchi: Either a Broad-Sword or the Shinnok Amulet which can transform into other weapon styles.

Nightwolf: His magical Hatchet from MK3/MK:T

Shujinko: Wave Sword, or Champion Sword

My theory on whats gonna happen.

Right Kahn or some other big guy is gonna be like:

What do you mean?

If you mean his weapon, I'm going to guess he'll be using the same blade.

If you're talking about his story, he will mostl ikely be after Quanchi, Shinnok, and Noob Saibot, due to his family's death.

Now if you were talking about what his definite story will be... Well this is just a theory topic which in conclusion is based on theorys.
