Looks not too bad...not really into films like that much, but still seems watchable.

A love interest is almost always [99.5%] at the heart of any movie. Particularly stories like this. I feel that it won't ruin the movie at all. The whole premise of the Fountain of Youth being the centre of this sc-fi adventure looks quite appealing to me. Wtahc the trailer if you haven't done so already.
