Steve Irwin is dead!!!

awww dude, i love the crocodile hunter, this is really sad, for me at least, and his daughter is 8 yrs, shes old enough to understand the loss and young enough to be scarred by it, thats really ****ed up. he was a bit annoying but he was passionate about what he did, hes awesome.

All that aside, yes its sad he is gone... But I was expecting it to happen so I'm not saddened by it. Let this be a lesson to everyone, don't underestimate things that have the protential to kill. Even experts can easily get killed. Don't take this as heart-lessness, even though it sounds like it, I'm just being serious here. I'm not glad his dead, I wish that upon no one.

he's dead and you were right... I am an australian and he was a great ambassador for the country and enviromental conservation and he will be deeply missed :(
 
Not to further dampen this already tragic event. But years ago when I first saw Mr Irwin on the Box, I really thought he would buy it from a huge Croc! I was really expecting to see him lose and arm or two, maybe even his head to some pissed off Reptile.
