its been confirmed, star wars will be made into a telivision programme. Geoge lucas has agreed to write 100 one-hour long episodes. They will fill in the gaps between episode 111 revenge of the sith and episode 1V a new hope. it will be a lot darker and a lot more character based, and will feature only one original actor, Anthony Daniels who plays C-3PO. Me being a huge star wars fan am very much looking forward to this as i'm sure other star wars fans are!!!!!
 
i really want to see the first apppearance of Han Solo, but im still unhappy that it wont be Harrison Ford and that it'll be some stupid young actor.
 
I heard Kevin Smith is directin', any truth to that? And wasn't it going to be based on Boba Fett's life?

It said it was going to be more character based, and with him being a real popular character i,m sure he'll make an appearence.
 
I remember along time ago they had a short series that sucked XP.



Hopefully this one will be way better. If not I will cry. (All over you guys)
 
I will definatley give it a chance but it's happening in my least favorite era of Star Wars.

To me, Star Was is about Jedi, the force, and light sabers. The problem with the era of the original 3 is that those things are a rareity. I liked the original three Star Wars better mainly because it dealt with Jedi.

I honestly wish that Lucas would just forget the current line of movies and create something, like a TV series or another movie series, that focused in on the days about 2000 years before Anakin, Luke, Han, and Vader. The days where it was Sith vs. Jedi. To me, that would make for a bad ass movie or television series.

That or a TV series that focused on Aayla Secura.

Oh, of course.

I do remember your Aayla Secura avatar from a while back. I was extremely "disappointed" when she got axxed from behind by some Clone Troopers in Ep3. She didn't even see it coming.

Aayla will probably make an appearance or 30
I heard that the series was set at differing points throughout the saga, taking place not in sequence, but providing a backing story for each of the most loved characters from the books, comics and films.
And yeah, i heard Kevin Smith is to direct some episodes
