Who's the better character in this game?

Taking into account their strength, recovery, anti-air etc...

I play with both of them, just need your opinions.
 
I'm gonna go with Rain. I feel he has some untapped potential and anyone who learns him really well could be beast. Smoke's good, I just don't think as good as Rain.
 
Wow, tough choice...

Guess I have to side with Smoke on this one, I'm not to sure about Rain TBH. I've seen CD Jr's rain and it was sick but his Smoke is better.
