Shaun Of The Dead was created, conceived and filmed in the UK. The US is pretty lucky to have it, to be honest.
And it is, by far, one of the best horror spoofs ever created.

LMAO SS. From the previews the movie looks so dumb, and i'm not talking about funny dumb. I didn't even smirk or smile, so i hope it's better than the previews because all my friends are making me go. It is Rated R right?

Never heard that, it went straight to theatres in the UK. It had a lot of fans online via the show Spaced, a British comedy starring most of the same cast as SotD.
I found the movie to be hillarious, very funny and a great horror spoof. Some may find it bland if you don't get British humor and/or can't quite understand British humor/slang as well as others.

Not only that, but if you're a fan of British sitcoms like The Office, Spaced, Black Books etc, then you'll spot a few cameos from characters in those shows.
Highway, I can't believe you said that! If you don't get the humour, then you have to be fairly impressed by the gore. They said it was gorier than Dawn Of The Dead, and about 20x more work went into SotD.

people who like it, (how can you not), it's available DVD in region 2 so i would import it. 
OMG, this movie !@#$ing rules! Even though it's a horror/comedy flick, it is REALLY well done! The cinematography is great (with a couple of really cool long tracking shots that I absolutely loved), it is perfectly cast, and even though it is predictable in some parts it is still wildly entertaining.
This is probably one of the best movies I have seen in a couple of years!

That movie is so cool! It's a hilarious movie for anyone who likes horror and comedy. It was hella funny when Ed and Shaun were slappin' the crap out of the two first zombies,, and when they were beatin' that one zombie with pool cues to the tune of the song playing on the jukebox.
