"Shadows" picture in Boon's Twitter

I guess the picture isn't any kind of news anymore, but I found out two interesting things about it:

1. The photo wasn't taken by Boon. It existed beforehand on a couple of websites, only now the picture is dead in both. In any case, you can see proof here.

2. Now, what's more interesting is that the picture has a face superimposed onto it, and maybe it's me but it looks a lot like Shinnok to me, which together with the "Throwback" tag, leads me to think Shinnok is in fact the returning boss.

Any thoughts?

But it seems like he went through some effort to add in the face and MK logo into a photo that he did not even take. The original photo did not have the face

I dunno why but im getting the feeling that we're going to get a massive gameplay trailer with a ton of new characters, but made in a way that we'll have to slow down the video just to find them ya know what I mean?

Im just getting this feeling, its just been quiet to long.

And the discovered quotes are nice and all, but ima say in the next reveal/trailer there's going to be a ton of things shown to us
