There has to be a sub-level to the Krypt. There is no other way. Let’s look at the facts.
1: Stryker’s MK3 Costume advertised in official promotional art, missing.
2: Light/Classic Raiden’s Costume from MKDA also advertised in official promotional art, missing.
3: Khameleon missing to spite the ease of creating her, reference to her in Reptile’s ending, and advertised promise of all characters to be in one game.
4: There is still a missing panel on the official site’s secret page.
5: Midway is infamous for hiding stuff in their games and not telling people for a LONG time after.
6: The Meteor Storm used to be on the secret page. Then it was removed. The Zaterran’s have often used the moon and space in advertising themselves. Reptile, the moon. Khameleon, Star Bridge. Perhaps the Questions Box is just a decoy, and the real code has something to do with this level.
My Theory: Reptile’s ending mentions a sub-level to the Pyramid of Argus in which he finds Khameleon. Perhaps Midway will reveal a code to us that we can put into the box and it will sink into a sub-level which contains required extras like these.
Midway worked hard on this game and I love it a lot so far. However, the lack of the promised Khameleon and Light Raiden is like a thorn in my side that just keeps screaming at me, “NOT COMPLETE!” If this stuff is some super secret content, then the game is perfect. If not, then there will always be a hole in it.
Anyway, those six things are worth mentioning. I think there is something.
