Really, there shouldn't even be a debate on this under the circumstances. If the only reason he wants to go to Amsterdam is for the pot and prostitutes, he doesn't even deserve to go on a trip anywhere, let alone to Europe! 
You want stuff that can only be seen in Greece. He wants to do stuff you don't have to go all the way to Europe for. Really..... no contest!
